Kraven Security disclaims responsibility for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in content. All our products and services are sold on an “as-is” basis without any implied or expressed warranty.

In fulfilling its mission to educate the public on cybersecurity, Kraven Security may discuss and analyze malicious and illegal activities. However, it unequivocally does not endorse or support any illegal activities by users attempting techniques outlined in our materials. Users are obligated to ensure that their activities comply with the laws in their jurisdiction.

Users found submitting offensive material will face account closure, removal from all courses, and permanent banning. No refunds will be granted in such instances.

All users are required to adhere to our Code of Conduct without exception.

Protection of Content

All paid content and services exclusively belong to Kraven Security as intellectual property. Users must refrain from disseminating, sharing, replicating, or copying paid content and services. Violations will result in account deletion, course un-enrollment, and permanent banning. No refunds will be issued in these cases.

Returns and Refunds

Customers dissatisfied with their purchased courses or products may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

Coaching clients who have booked a paid session are entitled to a full refund of that session if they cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled session. If they do not, they will be charged full price. 

Changes and Revisions

We retain the right to modify this policy at any time, and alterations become effective immediately upon posting on our website. Users are advised to periodically review this page for updates, as no individual notifications will be issued.
